Replaces all texts in page with ▒▒▒▒ and images with dummyimage.com counterparts

1) drag above link into bookmarks (favourites) bar

2) click it while on page you want to have "dummyzed" | "scrambled" | "obfuscated" | "greeked" (| …?).
